when the engine idels the turbos should be sinch'ed just right with a perfect ration of exhaust/intake, the ecu should adjust it. if everthing is working right, most important the MAS, everything should work. but what ur talking about is backspin on the turbo. when the pressure goes back threw the turbo that happens very rarely but very expensive. another thing the turbo pipeing is long and has alot of room to hold excess pressure (intercooler), the idel controle also plays a major part in it aswell.
